Per colpa di chi?, sometimes also known as X colpa di chi?, is a single by Italian singer Zucchero Fornaciari from the 1995 album Spirito DiVino.
The song, of funk origin, is a fast piece with rock and blues influences typical of the singer from Reggio Emilia. The opening solo is inspired by Calling Elvis by Dire Straits. The text recalls other blues pieces, such as Hoochie Coochie Man and is based on some quotes from the popular songs Bella ciao and Bandiera Rossa.
The song, of which there is also a Spanish version, entitled Por culpa de quién?, was published in all the artist’s subsequent collections and live albums, and is usually performed by Zucchero during tours.
The Dutch singer Marco Borsato made a version in Dutch in 1997, entitled “Wie”.
